Waste and Recycling
We pride ourselves on diverting 99.6% of the waste we produce through soft strips and demolition, directly away from landfill, to be recycled and reused, the remainder being hazardous or unstable.

Waste management and recycling planning is critical from the embryonic stages of your project, especially as you may wish to reuse, re-purpose, and recycle particular items.
As part of a wider assessment of sustainability, we develop waste management strategies in accordance with the Site Waste Management Plans Regulations, for each individual demolition project.
Every component of waste management is considered, from collection, clearance and removal, through to waste oil and hazardous waste disposal. A pre demolition site audit of potential reclaimable and recyclable materials is undertaken, maximising available resources.
We collect data such as emissions, supplier and energy use, which together with recycling and waste management form a key component in helping you to achieve a high BREEAM rating and to analyse your carbon usage.
We aim to minimize our waste and pollution by improving efficiency and keeping products and materials in use, to create a circular economy.
