John F Hunt Regeneration are excited to be working with the Notting Hill Genesis team on the Kidbrooke Station Square (KSS) scheme which they are delivering as a joint venture with TfL.
The development will be built on a vacant four-acre brownfield site in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. It will deliver 619 new homes across eight buildings, including 157 shared ownership and 152 affordable rental properties as part of the wider Kidbrooke masterplan.
Over the coming ten months our team will begin removing any contaminated soil in preparation for ground works to begin, before finally pouring the ground floor slab for the buildings.
