Our John F Hunt’s Swiss Cottage site has just been awarded a “Performance Beyond Compliance” certificate by the Considerate Constructor’s Scheme. This site performed beyond compliance by scoring at least 7 points in each of the five sections of the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice:
- Care about Appearance
- Respect the Community
- Protect the Environment
- Secure everyone’s Safety
- Value the Workforce
The monitor’s site report mentioned the positive first impression of the site’s external appearance, placing emphasis on “the greenleaf style hoarding facings to the public areas looking particularly smart”.
Our team’s efforts to keep the local community informed and to minimise disturbance were also highlighted in the same report, as well as John F Hunt’s positive approach towards our own workforce.
