This weekend, our incredible Regional Operations Director, Rocky Sivell, took part in the prestigious London Royal Parks Half Marathon, and it’s safe to say his performance was nothing short of remarkable. In a truly inspiring effort, Rocky completed the 13.1-mile race in an impressive 1 hour 57 minutes, smashing his previous personal best by a full 7 minutes!
Rocky expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming support from the John F Hunt team, friends, family, and other supporters. Their encouraging words and generous donations have raised over £500 for Great Ormond Street Hospital, a cause close to many of our hearts.
The marathon route was spectacular, winding through some of London’s most iconic landmarks, with perfect weather conditions making for an ideal run. Reflecting on his race, Rocky said, “The run was fantastic and such a great course. My training paid off, and my race plan was executed well.”
This achievement caps off a stellar year for Rocky, who has been involved in multiple charity events. His dedication to pushing himself and supporting such meaningful causes inspires us all.
