Our demolition site at 180 Piccadilly is paving the way for sustainability in more ways than one.

We’ve been working hard to ensure that as much material as possible is repurposed and reused, not just on-site but beyond. Recently, we donated materials to renowned artist Matthew Small, known for his incredible use of reclaimed materials and his work commissioned by the England football team. We’ve provided a range of raw materials from 180 Piccadilly, which Matthew has used to create striking artworks and to refurbish his studio and exhibition space in Acton.

Matthew is one of many artists we’ve supported. As part of our ongoing mission to reduce waste and champion sustainability, we’ve donated raw materials to several artists, supporting the creative community while giving new life to deconstructed resources.

We’re proud to see our contributions from 180 Piccadilly transformed into something meaningful, further showcasing our commitment to sustainable demolition and reuse.
